Before you put your home up for sale, you'll want to ensure it's clean for all of the buyers that will come through. A dirty house isn't appealing, and you won't get a good offer, if you get one at
Selling Your Home Fast
This blog post is not intended as a chance for me to brag, but rather to inform and educate. Just last week I got the amazing opportunity to work with some new clients who wanted to sell their home. I felt very privileged as I always do when someone trusts me to sell their home and trusts me to take care of them in a professional way. Well, after meeting with these clients I learned that this would be the 3rd time they had tried to sell their home in the past 9 months. Both of the previous times had been with different agents at different brokerages. Now, this post is also not to make those other agents look bad. In fact, I personally know others that have worked with them and been very happen with the outcome. I do have to admit after they had given me this information I was a little nervous. First of all, I HATE failing and 2nd of all I did NOT want to let these people down. So I did what I always do and made a plan and presented it to my sellers. All I have to say is that they were AMAZING! Instead of arguing or thinking they knew better than their agent, they trusted the process and listened to my advice. I am happy to report it paid off for them! After less than 24 hrs. of putting their home on the market we had received and accepted an offer they couldn't refuse.
So, I guess the biggest thing I would like to express is that when buying or selling a home find an agent you can trust and then listen to them! It will make the world of difference to both of you and also will make the process enjoyable! So here's to fast sells!
